At dreamdecor.pk, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and to ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following policies for product returns and refunds: 1. Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please return the products and provide an explanation for the return. Returned products must be sent via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered mail. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 2. Refund Options: Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit can be used as a type of refund. Refund requests will be processed within two business days after receiving the returned items. 3.
